Description and Uses:
Rosemary essential oil is an energizing oil with a strong herbaceous aroma. It helps to relieve muscle aches and combats mental fatigue. Best used during the daytime as its energizing effect may keep you awake at night. The Spanish Rosemary oil is particularly suited to muscular aches and pains due to its higher camphor content.
Rosemary is helpful in before and after sports rubs to maintain suppleness, and is said to help combat water retention and cellulite. Good hair tonic. An ideal 'pick me up'. Combats fatigue and clears a stuffy atmosphere.
Traditional use: antiseptic, muscle relaxant, soothing agent, skin conditioner.

Recipes Using Rosemary Essential Oil:
Mix 4 ounces apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons grain alcohol, 10 drops Rosemary, 10 drops Lavender, 6 drops Sandalwood, 6 drops Lemon and two cups of distilled water in a spritzer.
