Relaxing for Health #2 contains: Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium var. amara). Mix a few drops with one to two tablespoons cold pressed vegetable oil, such as Sweet Almond or Grapeseed, and use for body massage. For inhalation, place a few drops in a bowl of steaming water or appropriate diffuser to create a relaxing atmosphere.
This formula is best avoided during pregnancy.
