Ravensara Description and Uses:
Ravensara essential oil is used for clearing the sinuses and breathing passages, loosening tight muscles, relieving menstrual discomfort, aches and pains.
For nasal or sinus congestion, try adding a few drops of Ravensara to a steaming bowl of water and inhaling deeply (keep eyes closed). This is a wonderful oil to diffuse to relieve cold and flu symptoms and to help prevent illness from spreading within a household or office.

Dilute well if using topically. Do not use during pregnancy.

3 ounces jojoba oil or aloe vera gel
4 drops ravensara essential oil
4 drops tea tree essential oil
4 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops rosemary essential oil
Combine all in a small bottle and carry with you for those times that you have to be amongst folks who are coughing and sneezing and you can’t wash your hands.
