Spike Lavender Description and Uses:
Spike Lavender varies from 'true' lavender in its chemical makeup, and thus provides different benefits. It has a much sharper, more camphoraceous aroma, and has stimulating, antiseptic properties.
Spike Lavender uses also include aiding in respiratory congestion (powerful expectorant properties), muscles pain, inflammation and headaches. This in NOT the lavender we would suggest for aromatic purposes or for relaxation.

Do not use if pregnant. May be stimulating--may need to avoid nighttime use.
