Welcome to our aromatherapy for the chakras page! Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to engage and work with the chakras at home. We've created this page with the hopes of providing some guidance on how to use essential oils to access your chakras and to find balance between them.
You can focus on just one chakra for a few days if you wish to do particular work on that area and those issues, or do a full meditation moving from the base to the crown.
Start off by consulting our essential oil and chakra chart below. Simply apply the chakra blend to its corresponding point and massage gently as you focus on balancing that chakra.
Note that the pure essential oil blends need to be diluted with a carrier oil before applying to the skin. If you've purchased the pre-blended chakra oils, they're ready to use. Alternatively, with the pure blends, diffusing them during meditation can be a very effective way of working with your chakras one at a time.
