Cardamom Description and Uses:
The warm, spicy fragrance of cardamom essential oil has been enjoyed since the time of the ancient Egyptians, when it was used as a perfume and incense. It was also used in both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. The seeds were used to flavor Turkish coffee and Indian Chai tea as well as Angostura Bitters.
Cardamom oil has an energizing, bright aroma and can be used to help refresh and lift one's spirits when feeling apathetic or unable to move forward.
