Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Times: 8:30-4:30 (sometimes a little earlier / sometimes a little later)
Processing & Packing Days: We work on orders daily but packages are picked up by USPS or UPS only 3 days M-W-F
   (IF you have an "emergency" / "rush" order, we'll try to ship ASAP no matter what day of the week - "Emergency" Fee = $25.00)
Processing and Packing Times: Our goal is to bottle and package all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.
   (MOST orders are shipped within 1-2 days.)
Delivery Methods:
   Most small packages (around a pound or less) are shipped by 1st Class USPS.
   IF your package is closer to 2-4 pounds it MAY get shipped by Priority Mail but, NOT always
   IF your package is heavy 3-4 pounds or more, we MAY opt to ship it by UPS.
Delivery Times: Varies by distance relative to us (we're near Asheville, NC)
   Southeast - usually 2-3 days.
   Northeast & Central - usally 2-4 days
   Midwest to Western States 4-5 days
International Shipping: Usually shipped by USPS Global Express
   Most pacakages arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.
Canada: Sorry north of the border friends but Canadian Customs is not allowing shipments of Essential Oils
   We can ship all of our other products at usual fee: $10.00 (under 2lbs.)
Examples: To estimate time needed for you to recieve order, you must add Processing/Packing Time to Delivery time.
So, if you live in Atlanta, GA, and ordered on a Monday, you MIGHT receive your package as early as Wednesday (1 day Process/Pack + 1 day Delivery) BUT, it might not arrive until Friday or even Saturday (2 days Process/Pack + 2 days Delivery).
West Coast deliveries COULD take up to 7-8 business days
Options: IF you need your package shipped ONLY by Priority Mail or by UPS, then you must Specify and Pay for that option when you order.
You can also choose other extra cost but faster shipping methods like USPS Express or UPS 2nd Day.
IF you MUST have us package and process your order the same day or as soon as possible, the fee is $25.00 to move to the front of the line. This is in addition to whatever shipping methods you choose.

I HOPE that these policies regarding our Packing/Processing/Shipping/Delivery are clear. We've tried to give you, the customer, a number of shipping options.

We do our best, each day, to process ALL the orders that come in but, of course, it is not possible to complete each order each day but, again, we do our best to process, pack and ship as many orders as we can.
