If you've changed your mind about something you've ordered and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the price of the item (shipping not refunded) as long as the item is unopened and unused, with the following exceptions. Please understand that we cannot accept returns on essential oils, carriers, flower waters or lotions that have been opened. We also cannot accept returns on products that have been custom blended or labeled, bases (carrier oils, lotions, etc) of size 16oz or greater, or essential oil quantities of eight ounces or greater. Samples and special orders are not refundable. We urge you to try small quantities first before placing larger orders. Returns on diffusers are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
Please contact us before returning an item. We cannot accept or credit returns for any reason without prior authorization. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the total credited.
To return at item, please wrap and box securely and include the original packing slip inside so we may properly issue your credit. And while it's not necessary, we'd love to know the reason the item didn't work out for you. We suggest that you ship your return by UPS or Fed Ex (as it is insured automatically for up to $100). If you ship through the Post Office, please insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Individual samples of essential oils can be included with any order for $3 per sample (precious oils will be sent as a 5% solution). Simply indicate in the comments section which oils you'd like to sample and we'll add the amount to your total. Please limit each request to three samples per order. Thank you!
