Muscle Relief Aromatherapy Blend: 10 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
10 drops Ginger Essential Oil
10 drops Nutmeg Essential Oil
2 Tb Carrier Oil
Use to massage into sore joints or muscles.
Calming Aromatherapy Blend
10 drops of Roman Chamomile, Bergamot and Lavender Essential Oils.Use in a diffuser—a tea candle (diluted in water), a lightbulb ring, or a nebulizing diffuser.
Soothing Chamomile & Cream Bath
½ cup powdered whole milk
1 Tb Carrier Oil
10 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
Add the above to a warm bath, swish the water to mix, and relax.
