Description and Uses: Rosemary Essential Oil is an energizing oil with a strong herbaceous aroma. It helps to relieve muscle aches and combats mental fatigue. Use it in the daytime as its energizing effect may keep you awake at night. Rosemary essential oil is helpful as a before and after sports rubs to maintain suppleness, and is said to help combat water retention and cellulite. Good hair tonic. An ideal 'pick me up'. Combats fatigue and clears a stuffy atmosphere. Traditional use: antiseptic, muscle relaxant, soothing agent, skin conditioner. The spanish rosemary is particularly suited to muscular aches and pains due to its higher camphor content.

Cautions: Do not use Rosemary essential oil when pregnant, if you have high blood pressure, or if you have epilepsy. Rosemary essential oil may cause irritation of the skin. Use half recommended dilution or less.
