Ravensara Essential Oil is a strong antiviral oil which can be used to relieve cold and flu symptoms

Botanical Name: Ravensara aromatica Sonnerat
Origin: Madagascar
Family: Lauraceae

Description and Uses: Ravensara essential oil is used for clearing the sinuses and breathing passages, loosening tight muscles, relieving menstrual discomfort, aches and pains. For associated breathing conditions, and other chronic respiratory discharge associated with viral infection, add a few drops of Ravensara to a steaming bowl of water and inhale deeply (keep eyes closed). This is a wonderful oil to diffuse to relieve cold and flu symptoms and to help prevent illness from spreading within a household or office.
